Is EvaGuard covered by NDIS or Home Care Packages?

Yes. EvaGuard meets the criteria for Assistive Technology under NDIS Category 3 and is also eligible under many Home Care Package (HCP) programs. We provide fast, paperwork-ready quotes.

Do I need a mobile phone or app to use it?

Nope! The pendant works completely on its own. No mobile, no app, no fiddly setup. Just press the button to connect.

Does it work outside the house?

Yes. Because it uses 4G mobile networks, EvaGuard works anywhere there’s signal Australia wide. It works at home, in the garden, on public transport or out shopping.

What happens if I fall and can’t press the button?

The fall detection feature will raise an alert for you. If you don’t respond when we call through the pendant, we’ll notify your contacts or dispatch help.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 72 hours between charges. The pendant speaks and vibrates to remind you when it needs charging.
